- Provided you have an email address registered with the company, you can use this screen to set up or change your password, security code and memorable information (these are 3 separate security elements).
- You need a password and a security code to access the App. The memorable info is only needed to reset your password or security code.
- Please select the item you wish to update from the drop down menu.
- If you are a new user or have forgotten all 3 elements, you reset each element individually i.e 3 transactions.
- If you are a new user or have forgotten your memorable information, you should reset your memorable information first as you will need it to reset the password and security code.
- You will be emailed an automated code to use for each element you update/reset (i.e max 3 separate emails). Please check your junk folder if you do not receive these emails. These codes are valid for 7 days then they expire.
- Please then return to the App Login screen and use the details from the emails to log in.
- You can then change your security details in the App itself to ones of your choice.
Please always enter details in lower case, even if you think you created them with upper case.
You do not need to enter leading zeroes in front of your clock number.
