One-click access provides a new, quicker and more secure method of logging into the Employee App.
It allows you to log into the app using registered devices.
How do I set up One-click access?
To use One-click access you must first register the device you wish to use it on.
How do I register this device for One-click access?
Firstly, log in to the App using your usual credentials below. Once successfully logged in, click on your profile in the top right and click the 'One-click access' link.
Then click the 'Register this device for One-click access' button and follow the instructions.
Once successfully registered, you will be able to use the One-click access button above to login.
Does One-click access allow me to login using biometric security? e.g. FaceID / TouchID
Yes, once you register a device that supports biometric security you will be able to log in to the Employee App using that method in the future.
Can I register more than one device?
Yes, you can register multiple devices for One-click access.
How do I remove / unregister a device for One-click access?
In order to remove or unregister a device for One-click access you need to remove the stored key on your device. This can be found, for example on iOS, in Settings > Passwords. Simply search for the employee app and delete the key from your device.
